Duties:
- Assist financial advisors and wealth managers in providing comprehensive financial planning services to clients
- Prepare financial reports, including investment performance reports and portfolio analysis
- Conduct research on investment opportunities and provide recommendations to advisors
- Assist with the development and implementation of investment strategies
- Manage client accounts, including processing transactions and monitoring account activity
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of portfolio management and investment management principles
- Proficiency in technical accounting and financial analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in using financial software and tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and emphasis on creating a superior client experience
- Familiarity with comprehensive financial planning is a plus
