Responsibilities

Member Services Specialists are the first point of contact for youth, families / caregivers and providers accessing the System of Care.

They are responsible for answering all calls within a specific service level agreement and completing the registration process as well as managing questions from treatment providers.

Member Services Specialists determine the appropriate routing of a call and attempts to be the first point of resolution.

This position is also responsible for maintaining consistent procedures and providing outstanding customer service.

Education / Experience :

• High Diploma / GED required.
• 1-2 years experience with an Associate's Degree, and / or 2-3 years experience with only High School / GED.
• Call Center technologies, Customer Service, Behavioral Health, Managed Care, Human Services, Electronic Health Records skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to respond sensitively to youth, families / caregivers, and providers needs.
• Skilled wiht Microsoft software applications required.

Other :

• This is 2nd Shift position with rotating holidays, and we provide a competitive pay with differential.
• 100% remote working arrangement. Occasional commute to the Robbinsville, NJ office will be required.
• You must live within 1.5 hours (90 minutes) from our Robbinsville, NJ office.
• Qualified candidates with bilingual skills (English / Spanish) are welcomed.
• This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
