SUMMARY The Quality Assurance Technician II will directly support the quality assurance department by coordinating and assisting with internal and external quality improvement programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assists with the coordination and maintenance of document control and training systems. Assists with coordinating the internal audit schedule and all activities related to documentation of audits and actions resulting from them. Assist with coordinating timely completion of internal and external corrective actions Assist with coordination and maintenance of tooling and equipment calibrations Work with Material review board to disposition non-conforming product Provide support for the Quality Engineers as required. May include data collection, problem solving, analyses, document filing and/or other quality related activities Perform other duties and special projects as assigned Critical Competencies Strong verbal, written, and computer skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure. Requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Education and Experience Requirements Two-year degree in a related area or job equivalent experience. Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience required Must be able to read and understand blueprints and work instructions Experience and knowledge of inspection techniques, tools, materials, and equipment ISO 9001: 2015 Internal Auditor certification a plus CMM programming with PCDMIS a plus Physical Demand and Work Environment: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
