QuickStaff Erie has partnered with a long time Erie area manufacturer in their search for a Compliance and Quality Assuranc team member. This team member will assure the highest quality of operations and services aiming to long-term success of the company. 

• Review and analyze procedures and report quality issues.
• Supervise all operations that affect the quality.
• Support and guide inspectors, technicians, and other staff
• Verify the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output.
• Document all malfunctions and report them to production executives.
• Find proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
• Oversee the usage of standards and policies.
• Manage records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation
• Manage and enforce compliance with all legal standards (ISO, etc.)
• Interact with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections.
• The EHS employee drives the environmental health and safety programs for the company.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Quality Assurance and compliance
• Bachelor's Degree 
• Able to take and pass all pre-hire screening - past employment, professional reference, drug screen and background checks.
