What You'll Do

• Support MFA deployment which includes serving as 2nd level support and working with candidate application teams looking to leverage MFA.
• Assist in the review and architecture of new security technologies for IAM, PAM, Service Accounts, and support to ensure that the appropriate controls and tools are selected and operationalized.
• Lead operational support within the Identity and Access Management area including but not limited to Active Directory and other selected identity access platforms.
• Ensure documentation of process and procedures are maintained and reviewed to adhere to compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain an identity access strategy and ongoing roadmap to mature the program.

What Experience You Need

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5 years of identity access engineering experience.
• 10 years of information security and information technology desired; team lead/leadership capabilities and qualities required.
• Familiarity with security various security tools such as IAM, SEIM, Log Management, Patch Management, Vulnerability Management, eDiscovery, Cloud Security, Wireless and Mobile Security, and Industrial Controls/Operational Technology (OT)
• One or more of the following certifications is preferred: CISM or CISSP

• Expert level cloud architecture knowledge, various cloud platforms, security tools and services
• Familiar with security policy and standards development, implementation, and program review
