We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at AmericInn in Hayward, WI. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Assist guests with luggage, directions, and any other requests as requested per quest - Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure clean and well-maintained rooms - wash, dry and fold laundry as needed.

Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service orientation - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail for accurate record keeping - Proficiency in using hotel management software or reservation systems - Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
