The Position: RN Field Supervisor Assisted Living Facilities
The Assisted Living Facility RN Supervisor is a Registered Professional Nurse who will supervises RNs working in our skilled nursing facilities. The Supervisor will work from our Brooklyn based office and travel to facilities throughout NYC and Westchester counties as necessary. The Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of staff and residents in accordance with current state and federal regulations. The supervisor ensures that the quality standards, procedures, and policies of the facility are being followed in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines.

What we ask for:
Current NYS RN license
Must have a car to travel to facilities.
Home care experience preferred ; salary commensurate with experience
1-2 years supervisory experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be computer literate
Home care home base experience a plus
