We are looking for a Senior Engineer/Analyst (Cyber & Information Systems) with demonstrated experience in supporting DoD MDAP acquisition programs, developmental test and evaluation programs, and systems analysis. Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.

A week in the life of a Senior Engineer/Analyst (Cyber & Information Systems):

• Provide Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E) and Cyber & Information Systems Engineering support of Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAP).
• Review and assess Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) and developmental test plans.
• Evaluate test results, schedules, resources, and technological risks for program reviews.
• Provide working-level integrated product teams (WIPTs) Test and Evaluation and engineering support.
• Support Independent Technical Risk Assessments (ITRA). Develop papers, reports, and briefings targeted to senior decision makers. Assess and provide recommendations on DT&E policy.

• 10 Years of Experience
• Master’s degree in science or engineering field
• Top Secret Clearance (SCI eligibility)
• 10 years of experience supporting MDAP/ACAT I-D programs and the DoD acquisition process and planning.
• 10 years of experience overseeing engineering activities (e.g. requirements, design, integration, and test).
• 8 years of experience supporting DoD Cyber MDAPs and MAISs (Major Automated Information Systems), developmental test and evaluation, and systems engineering and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to develop papers, reports, and briefings targeted to senior decision makers.
• Experience to include supporting policy and process engineering activities.
• Experience supporting OSD and/or Service Branch HQ organizations.
• Well versed in DoD 5000 instruction and DoDAF
• 10 years active duty military experience preferred
• Preferred Certifications: CISSP, DAWIA Level 3 (PM, T&E, SE), CSEP (Certified System Engineering Professional), CTEP (Certified Test & Evaluation Professional)

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
