As a Junior Operations Analyst you will:• Support the Technology Industrial Base Assessments (TIBA) team by organizing project activities and taskers such as Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) end-to-end task assignments; Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), Mergers and Acquisitions, and Export Control license case reviews; responses to Congressional Reporting Requirements (CRRs), and various impromptu urgent or ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Director of TIBA.• Work with a team of driven, supportive, and highly skilled professionals.• Receive a robust benefits package that includes an Employee Stock Ownership Plan!• Work from home or in Government facilities in Northern Virginia. The employee must be located in the National Capital Region and able to attend meetings at the Pentagon within an hour’s notice.
A week in the life of a Junior Operations Analyst:• Coordinate and monitor TIBA team project tasks/assessments, milestones, progress, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.• Assist Director of TIBA in managing budget-related actions. • Assist Director of TIBA in preparing reports and presentations. Maintain and organize TIBA team project/task documentation, reports, and presentations.• Communicate with Director of TIBA, TFPs, members of the Managing Technology Advantage (MTA) Economic Security Team, and any additional stakeholders to provide project/task updates.• Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing agendas for Director of TIBA. This includes coordinating, monitoring, and updating the team/TFP calendar.• Help in identifying TFP project/task risks and issues and propose solutions.• Serve as Records Manager for TIBA. Maintain and organize TFP project/task files and databases using the Teams and SharePoint repositories.• Develop and maintain a list of CTA Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Principal Director administrative staff.• Keep abreast of relevant changes/announcements in DoD and more specifically, OUSD(R&E), policies and directives and effectively discriminate and disseminate those directly applicable to TIBA.• Coordinate company-specific tasks and/or requirements with the TFP Team Lead and ensure individual team member compliance.• Maintain all requisite TFP recall rosters/contact information.• Assist Director of TIBA in the facilitation of outreach activities.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
