As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain residential HVAC systems to ensure indoor air quality and temperature, following company and manufacturer guidelines. Ideal candidates have 3 years of HVAC servicing experience and excellent customer service and sales skills.

Compensation:

Earn a competitive hourly rate of up to $50, coupled with uncapped bonuses, offering the potential to achieve annual earnings over $100,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on various systems, including forced air, mini-splits, high-pressure systems, hydro & steam boilers, and heat pumps.
• Work with forced air brands such as SpacePak, Amana/Goodman, Lennox, Carrier, Unico, and Bosch.
• Handle boiler systems from NTI, Crown, Peerless, HTP, Weil-McLean, Lochinvar, Lars, and Triangle-Tube.
• Familiarity with thermostats, including models from Honeywell and Ecobee.
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs.
• Willingness to work in harsh temperatures and weather conditions.
• Physical agility to climb, crouch, crawl, and kneel repeatedly.
