- Provide high-level administrative support to executives
- Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and transcribe correspondence, memos, and meeting minutes
- Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as appropriate
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with document preparation, editing, and proofreading
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
```Skills```
QUICK BOOKS KNOWLEDGE
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as phone systems, copiers, and fax machines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms is a plus
- Front desk experience is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience in an executive administrative role is preferred.
