American Roofing & Waterproofing is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, particularly in roofing , and will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards, safety protocols, and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Scheduling.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with sales and estimating teams to ensure accurate project scopes and timelines.
• Lead and manage a team of roofing , subcontractors, and support staff.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review project progress, address challenges, and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all roofing solutions meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to identify any issues or deficiencies and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards, including OSHA requirements.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries on job sites.
• Manage resources efficiently, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize project performance and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to job sites.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the duration of projects, providing regular updates on progress, addressing any concerns or questions, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
• Monitor project budgets closely, tracking expenses and revenues, and identifying opportunities to optimize costs and improve profitability.
• Work closely with the finance department to prepare accurate project budgets and financial reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on roofing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale roofing projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Thorough understanding of construction industry regulations, codes, and standards, with a commitment to safety and quality.
