Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in transportation management systems and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery -- -----Prepare all papers and documents of drivers, trucks, and loading materials before routing and after unloading materials in our warehouse. - ------Utilize transportation management systems to track and manage truck movements
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Analyze shipping and receiving data to optimize routes and improve efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities -Book hotels for the drivers.
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional phone etiquette
Experience:
- Previous experience with Samsara Transportation Management or similar software
- Familiarity with transportation management processes and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
