Required Experience:

• History of exceptional job performance as a dependable team member and co-worker in this field

Required Qualification:

• Graduation from accredited School
• Current and valid certification
• Current BLS/CPR certificate upon hire and maintained throughout assignment.

Job description/Responsibilities:

• Dedication to the delivery of safe patient care.
• Participate in daily nursing report along with daily electronic documentation
• Assist patients with daily activities, personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting residents
• Observe and report changes in patient condition and make independent decisions when necessary.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with a high quality team.
