American Quality Schools is Hiring a Long Term Substitute Near Chicago, IL
A West Side K-8 contract school in Chicago's Austin community, is currently seeking a long-term substitute teacher for the 2023-24 school year
All candidates MUST be ISBE certified and hold a valid substitute license. You must also have at least 1 year experience as a lead teacher in an elementary school setting.
Duties include serving as the lead classroom instructor along with a dedicated paraprofessional in the classroom to assist in differentiation of students, and other duties as assigned. Teachers must have strong classroom management skills, the ability to analyze data, the ability to differentiate instruction, and work collaboratively.
This is a full time, benefited long term sub position.
