American Process Management (APM) is hiring a Project Controls Scheduler to support EPC industrial projects. This position will include the option to work from home with travel to project sites. Candidate must be located in the southeast or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the logic, activities, constraints, and milestones to provided fully integrated Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project schedules
• Engage with project management, engineering, and construction teams to develop and maintain project and program schedules
• Maintain resource loaded integrated master schedules
• Support implementation of Earned Value Management
• Conduct project site walk-down and coordinate with project teams to update schedule to reflect current status and work plan
• Review and analyze schedules prepared by contractors
• Read and interpret construction drawings and job specifications
• Assess the impact of design and scope changes
• Analyze and communicate all schedule changes, project delays, and areas of risk

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software
• Knowledge of critical path method of scheduling
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
