We are seeking a Project Metrics Analyst to join the team at American Process Management (APM). APM is changing the industry by combining data science and project controls. APM uses proprietary processes to bring real-time analytics and financial analysis to large-scale projects ranging from $100 million to over $3 billion in total cost.

Job Responsibilities

• Interface with project team, contractors, and vendors to ensure cohesive understand of project status and total scope
• Work with contractors to track and report on project quantities installed and productivity rates
• Lead change management analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with cost analyst and scheduling team to ensure construction scope is properly accounted for in schedule and forecast
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any data discrepancies

Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to adapt to evolving environments and handle multiple priorities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
• Possess high professional standards, approach, and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
