American Pro Staffing is Hiring a Staffing Recruiter Near West Point, KY
- Manage full recruiting lifecycle for candidates including but not limited to: sourcing, interviewing, advertising, scheduling, candidate assessments, onboarding and hiring.
- Source, identify, and screen potential candidates through use of Indeed.
- Conduct and oversee screening of applicants in person.
- Assist recruiter with making and receiving calls for the business.
- Own and Maintain compliance with KPIs tied to outbound activity.
- Maintain all recruitment files to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- 1 year prior experience in a recruiting/sales position.
- Prior experience working for a staffing agency.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
