Qualifications

Job Overview: the successful candidate will have graphic design and general marketing/communications experience for this position

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising or similar field

Highly skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Strong design skills with attention to detail and an eye for design

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat

Experience or interest in creating and implementing Social Media campaigns (Facebook, Twitter TikTok, Instagram etc.)

Excellent oral and written business communication skills

Experience with HubSpot, Asana and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides

Photography and photo editing skills

Organizational Skills, Attention to Detail & Process Management

Excellent attention to detail and creative eye

Can solve problems, think strategically and creatively

Skilled multi-tasker with strong time management skills and keen attention to detail and quality

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a marketing or communications-related field or equivalent years of experience
  • 2 years of related program coordination experience, preferably in the marketing or communications field

We are seeking a smart, creative, and skilled marketing coordinator to join our team. This dynamic position will support ANH & Live! Inc.’s marketing efforts, contributing to design projects, creating marketing and sales collateral for ANH’s various service teams, and working on Live! Inc.’s marketing plan execution. This is a full-time position. This role will help further your career in marketing by offering exposure to creative project workflow and the opportunities to build your design skills. You will also gain experience by working with outside vendors, and interacting with subject matter experts in tourism, design, content marketing and production. Responsibilities

This dynamic position will support American Niagara Hospitality & Live! Inc.’s marketing and design efforts, assisting with execution of our Live! On Air Fallsview Balloon marketing plan, contributing to design projects, and creating marketing and sales collateral for various service teams throughout the organization.

This role will help further your career in design and marketing by offering exposure to creative project workflow and the opportunities to build your design skills

Work with the company's Art Director to assist with design, strategy and implementation when and where required.

Lend design experience with creation of property marketing collateral materials such as flyers, e-blasts, tradeshow needs other various digital and print collateral, ensuring consistency with ANH & Live! Inc’s brand standards.

You will also gain experience by working with our Group Sales Manager, outside vendors, and interacting with subject matter experts in tourism, design, content marketing and production.

Serve as point person for design requests, removal requests, and updates

Manage orders with existing and new outside vendors

Create and Manage Social Media strategy content calendar, including content creation, scheduling, and publication

Oversee Live! Inc. website edits

This person will work closely with group sales to implement strategies and communications to new and existing markets

Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned

Assist with conventions, trade show and property marketing events as needed. Including, but not limited to; Trade show booth design, preparation, shipment, set up, tear down and storage.

Assist with group business development by preparing sales kit needs to new prospects

Contribute to internal reports recapping marketing initiatives, events and measuring results

Produces accurate work, even when under pressure

Prioritizes work and asks for direction when overwhelmed or uncertain

Arranges information in a useful manner; keeps files organized and up to date

Monitor calendar for scheduled activities and comes prepared to meetings

Work closely with the Group Sales Manager to establish a yearly budget for all marketing-related activities

  • Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned
  • Ability to work late or on weekends may be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
