A skilled nursing facility located in Mansfield, OH is currently seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator.

Qualifications of the Nursing Home Administrator:

• Must have current OH Administrator license
• Must have a minimum of two years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
• Must have long term care experience
• Excellent leadership skills
• Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities of the Nursing Home Administrator:

• Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
