American Management Services, Inc.  is looking for seasoned call center representatives for our outbound business-to-business call center, that have a hunter mentality and thrives in environments that require you to really push yourself... to be the best!

Compensation: ($20/hrly rate plus commission) $55K - $80K , inclusive of performance-driven spiffs/incentives

 What’s the schedule?

• Full -Time, permanent position, weekly pay
• Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Friday: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
• Occasional Saturday (paid training)
• No nights

 What is expected of me?

• 150 cold calls a day to our qualified leads database 
• 2 years strong sales & B2B experience
• 2 years of strong B2B cold calling experience
• Tactically and professionally get past the gatekeepers
• Identify pain points (areas of opportunity) while speaking with the business owners
• Use those pain points to schedule an appointment with the business owner and one of our regional directors
• Responsible for understanding customers' needs and making effective pitches to get new business
