The American Lung Association has an excellent opportunity for a Director, Donor Relations . Working as a member of the Development department, you will join an outstanding group of professionals dedicated to our mission: to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease through research, education, and advocacy.
The Director, Donor Relations is a motivated leader focused on facilitating growth and relationship development of individual donors in support of ALA nationwide revenue and mission goals. The successful candidate will meet or exceed annual revenue goals by advancing relationships with current donors and identifying, cultivating and soliciting new prospects through both major and planned giving.
Location: If near an office location, this role will be hybrid and require a minimum of two days per week in the office. We are also considering remote applicants and encourage candidates in any location in the United States to apply.

Compensation: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The target hiring range for this position is between $67,000 and $90,000 per annum.
