Monday-Friday: 2nd Shift

Description: 

· Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures. 

· Conduct inspections and audits to assess product quality and adherence to specifications. 3. Analyze data and trends to identify quality problems and propose solutions. 

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. 

· Train and educate employees on quality control principles and practices. 

· Participate in design and manufacturing reviews to ensure quality requirements are met. 

· Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. 

· Monitor and analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement.

· Develop and maintain quality documentation, such as standard operating procedures and test protocols.

 Requirements: 

· Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience. 

· Previous experience in quality control or a related role. 

· Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools. 

· Familiarity with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001. 

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 

· Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 

· Proficiency in using quality control software and tools. 

· Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards applicable to the industry.
