American Lightscapes is a veteran, and prior first-responder-owned company, specializing in landscape and architectural lighting. We design and install low-voltage lighting systems — from pool cages to tree uplights and everything in between, throughout Manatee and Sarasota counties.

Position Basics
This is a full-time, 40 hours/week position. You'll work in the office Monday-Thursday and can work remotely on Friday. A dedicated work cell phone and laptop will be provided.
How You’ll Contribute to the Team
The Operations Administrator is a back-office team member who delivers excellent customer service, oversees daily business functions, and supports ownership. This role is responsible primarily for client relations, and works with the CEO, Design Manager, & Sr. Field Supervisor, to deliver top-tier customer service. This role is also responsible for supporting ownership through process creation and improvement, human resources management, and overseeing the company's daily functions. This role reports directly to the CEO.
