Saving children.® Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Research Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in executing multiple customer experience research projects with rigor, accountability, and strategic insight. Key Responsibilities Lead and prioritize a portfolio of new and evergreen projects. Oversee research support staff and ensure project deliverables are met on time. Build strong relationships with internal clients, partners, and third-party companies. Serve as a research partner across all divisions, sharing expertise in methods and tools. Provide strategic advice to leadership from primary research. Skills and Competencies Proficiency in Qualitative and/or Quantitative Research Methods. Competency in Research Tools such as Qualtrics, Medallia, etc. Exceptional Presentation Skills - Storytelling and PowerPoint. Proven ability to organize, translate, and present complex quantitative/qualitative, mixed methods research design, analysis, and reporting to senior executives. Demonstrated skills necessary for strategic thinking and being solution-oriented. Strong competency in statistical analysis and data visualization software. Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in the social sciences (e.g., anthropology, psychology, sociology) required. 5-7 years of experience in applied research. Master’s degree in social sciences preferred. Proven ability to manage all aspects of research projects, including outsourced activities. Ability to manage staff, activities, and meet deadlines for multiple ongoing projects. Ability to work with culturally diverse populations. Proficiency in data processing applications (Microsoft Office products).
