Saving children.® Job Description As a Software Engineer IV on our Rapid Delivery Team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining technical processes and data flows across our platforms and products. Collaborating directly with Enterprise Architects, you’ll ensure that architecture standards, technical processes, and business requirements align seamlessly to deliver best-practice solutions. Your expertise will make you the go-to technical authority, providing holistic knowledge of data flow and an in-depth understanding of technical processes. Key Responsibilities Design and Build: Lead the design and implementation of technical processes, ensuring robustness, scalability, and efficiency. Data Flow Expertise: Understand data flow across products, identifying opportunities for optimization and streamlining. Technical Authority: Serve as the subject matter expert, guiding teams and stakeholders on best practices. Large-Scale Software Development: Leverage your extensive experience in software design and development to create high-quality solutions. Agile Learning: Quickly adapt to new technologies and apply them to solve complex problems. Full Engineering Lifecycle: Participate in all stages of software development, from concept to deployment. Mentorship: Mentor and provide direction to other engineers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing. Database Knowledge: Possess comprehensive working knowledge of database structures, both on-premise and in the cloud. Process Modeling and Design: Apply substantial expertise in process modeling, data modeling, and database design. Effective Communication: Strong organizational and communication skills, enabling you to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Coding Standards: Stay up-to-date with best practices in development and adhere to standardized coding conventions. Project Management (Bonus): Familiarity with project planning, management, and deployment processes. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or a related field.
