Responsibilities :
1.Contact potential clients to understand their insurance needs andpresent suitable life insurance options.
2. Educateclients on the benefits and features of different life insurancepolicies.
3. Provide personalized recommendations andadvice to help clients make informed decisions.
4. Prepareand present insurance quotes to clients explaining the coverageterms and conditions.
5. Close sales deals and achievemonthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Maintain accuraterecords of all sales activities including client interactions andfollowups.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships withclients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
8.Stay uptodate with industry trends product knowledge andcompetitors to effectively position ourofferings.
Qualifications :
1.Proven experience in sales preferably in the insuranceindustry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
3. Strong persuasive and negotiationabilities.
4. Ability to build and maintain relationshipswith clients.
5. Selfmotivated and targetdriven with apassion for sales.
7. Ability to understand andexplain complex insurance concepts in a simple and clearmanner.
8. Proficient in using CRM software and othersales tools.
9. Ability to work independently as well asin a team environment.
10. High level of integrity andethical conduct.
