Overview
American Heritage Textiles a manufacturer and wholesaler of quality quilts and quilted products in Shepherdsville, Kentucky is seeking an in-house Wholesale and E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist. The right candidate is proficient with computers and able to navigate and use spreadsheets effectively. They will also need excellent communication skills.
Job Skills/Requirements
Manage various customer drop-ship accounts by communicating with buyers. Use spreadsheets to build new product launches through each company’s portal. Communicate price increase or decrease and products that need to be removed from inventory feeds.
Conduct on-line research to understand the marketplace.
Ensure that outstanding issues are resolved in a timely manner and to the customer’s satisfaction.
Strong verbal and written skills to communicate up, down and sideways.
Be willing to try new things and pitch in for whatever the business requires.
