Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Greet and welcome members and fellow employees with a warm and courteous demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls, transfer them to the appropriate individual, and take messages when necessary.
- Address inquiries from members & visitors in a polite and helpful manner
- Track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations.
-Monitor and manage member access, issuing passes as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management
- Fluency in Spanish is helpful but not required
- Proven track record of business development success
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
