Responsibilities:
- Monitor payroll liability payments such as state unemployment taxes, income tax withholding, local taxes, and child support.
- Ensure proper state liability accounts are opened and in good order.
- Handling employee wage/pay questions and concerns.
- Review and update payroll processes and procedures as needed. Ensure payroll compliance and recommend payroll best practices.
- Maintain (verbal and written) confidential and secure storage of all payroll information.
- Make sure every weekly payroll is accurate and adheres to state and federal law, as well as company policies.
- Ensure all vendors are paid on time and maintain a record of all invoices.
- Prepare weekly financial statements in Netsuite and review weekly expenses.
- Monitor weekly fuel usage and maintenance costs at all entities.
- Update fleet management database with all current vehicle issues and statuses.
- Duties such as data collection and entry and creation of business reports.
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or relevant field (Required)
- Netsuite experience 1-3 years (Preferred)
- Prior Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll Administration experience (Required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
