LOCATION: American Games (504 34th Avenue Council Bluffs, IA)

SCHEDULE: MON-FRI (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

What You'll Do

This position will play a key role in assisting the press operator with running the press and for daily maintenance requirements and housekeeping.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare skids of paper to be loaded in the feeder.
• Observe and follow job ticket instructions.
• Maintain ink levels, dampener solution levels and oil levels.
• Assist operator with skid changes, roll changes and plate change/make readies.
• Adhere to daily maintenance requirements (posted at press).
• Prepare for advancement by learning all functions of press operation and responsibility.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Demonstrate working in a safe and smart manner
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associates degree preferred or technical training in specific area
• 2 to 5 years' experience in area of responsibility
• Ability to read and follow printed instructions
• Ability to direct subordinates, if applicable
• Moderate to advanced computer skills
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision
• Ability to direct subordinates and/or crew, if applicable
• Troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to objectively review information pertinent to position
• Effective in time management
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner within a fast paced environment
• Ability to apply strong attention to detail and produce work with accuracy
• Ability to work independently and self-direct work, and in a team oriented environment
• Aptitude to learn new computer software
• Ability to prioritize workflow, maintain schedules and follow up to meet deadlines
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a diverse environment.
