LOCATION: American Games (504 34th Avenue Council Bluffs, IA)

SCHEDULE: MON-FRI (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position is a full-time permanent position in a manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing of charitable and lottery gaming products, including pull-tab tickets (break-open tickets) and bingo paper.

This position will play a key role in the efficient production of cut and packed game tickets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Thorough knowledge of game packing specifications and requirements.
• Thorough knowledge of work center equipment and processes.
• Troubleshoot problems associated with guillotine cutting and packing.
• Observe and follow written instructions contained in job ticket.
• Perform quality checks as prescribed by the QC reminder.
• Able to operate computer proficiently.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Demonstrate working in a safe and smart manner.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience
• Basic Math Skills
• 2 to 3 years' experience in area of responsibility
• Ability to direct subordinates (if applicable)
• Ability to operate machines to achieve desired results with minimal assistance
• Ability to read and follow instructions to complete projects with minimal supervision
• Ability to operate computer proficiently
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a diverse environment
• Must be a US Citizen/Green Card Only

This position is primarily in a Manufacturing Facility where there may be exposure to the following:

• Some solvent smell, dust, and dirt (solvents used are non-toxic and environmentally friendly)
• Moderate contact with grease
• Loud noises (hearing protection is provided

WORK SCHEDULE

Irregular hours and extra hours are regularly required based on demands of the job. Position is overtime eligible.
