Fulfillment Specialist/ Office Manager

Excellent communication skills.
Able to handle and move merchandise safely, including lifting items up to 40 pounds.
ResponsibilitiesFulfillment ServicesPick, pack, and ship orders with precision
Prepare customer orders, ensuring items are carefully packed and ready for shipment.
Prepare FBA Shipments including LTL boxes and pallets
Receive and accurately store incoming inventory.
Ensure product meets quality requirements
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process.
Coordinating delivery to clients via USPS, UPS or FedEx
Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching throughout shifts.
Office AdministrationThis position requires an organized individual who can efficiently handle several responsibilities simultaneously including;
Manage incoming calls; assist with client requests and direct clients to related party
Greeting clients and visitors with friendly and welcoming manner
Handle mail distribution
