Job Responsibilities :

  • Clinical Duties :
  • Assist physicians during examinations and minor procedures.
  • Perform basic laboratory tests and operate diagnostic equipment.
  • Take patient histories and vital signs.
  • Prepare patients for examination.
  • Administrative Duties :
  • Manage patient records ensuring accuracy and privacy.
  • Schedule patient appointments and handle follow-up.
  • Answer phones and provide necessary information to callers.
  • Maintain inventory and order medical supplies as needed.
  • Patient Care :
  • Educate patients about health conditions and prescribed treatments.
  • Ensure patients are comfortable during their visit.
  • Provide compassionate support to all patients.
  • Continuous Learning :
  • Stay updated with the latest healthcare best practices and trends.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops as necessary.

Qualifications :

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrated compassion and dedication to patient care.
