Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your role will involve clinical counseling, behavioral health interventions, data collection, and patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess strong skills in mental health counseling and behavioral therapy. Duties: - Conduct assessments to determine the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities - Develop and implement individualized care plans - Provide clinical counseling and mental health support to individuals and their families - Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to address challenging behaviors - Assist individuals in accessing community resources and services - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure the best outcomes for clients - Conduct crisis intervention as needed - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field - Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred - Strong knowledge of clinical counseling techniques and behavioral health interventions - Experience in data collection and analysis - Ability to provide patient-centered care and support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We offer competitive pay rates and benefits packages for our Social Workers.
