The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The Sr. Analyst of Lifecycle Automation Capabilities will join the Marketing Transformation team, responsible for developing and implementing Automation within marketing strategies and technologies that leverage both customer & enterprise data to enrich the end-to-end experience for future growth. The Marketing Transformation team partners extensively with Marketing Operations, Enterprise Digital, Technology, Operational Excellence, Strategy & GTM, and Partnership Marketing. This role will encompass driving improved user adoption, functionality, automation, and quality of audience creation tools.

The Sr. Analyst, Lifecycle Automation Capabilities will focus on advancing the Marketer Experience through the way we utilize & optimize data used within our processes and partnerships. In this role, there will be an expectation to elevate and optimize strategies centered around the automation of the campaign lifecycle. Playing a pivotal role in Targeting & Eligibility Platform migration, the individual will partner with product partners to provide a clear strategy for user adoption toward increased Operational Excellence and User Experience. The Sr. Analyst will own specific work streams, new case development for highly visible strategic projects and ongoing reporting to emulate the success of our collective across the campaign lifecycle. The ideal candidate is proficient in Marketing, enthusiastic about customer data and user experiences, crafting big ideas into strategies and maintains a passion for understanding what excites our customers.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Drive the implementation Targeting & Eligibility new platform migration & onboarding through partnership with impacted teams. Deliver relevant insights, provide agility, and build a detailed feedback loop.

  • Support the Strategic workplan and progress reporting for Marketing Data Enablement within Consumer Marketing.

  • Support GEN AI Initiatives aimed to capture enterprise knowledge & Customer insights to innovate our processes within Go-To Market Platforms by coordinating partners, securing impactful feedback, and providing prioritization requirements.

  • Champion the creation and success of a UA/UX Marketer Advisory Board within Go- To Market Teams.

  • Develop and drive a strategic plan leveraging existing platforms to Automate Execution Tracking across Consumer Marketing

  • Elevate project success by meticulously updating team project tracker with crucial breakthroughs, timelines, and relevant information to serve as a comprehensive reference for leadership.

  • Enhance team efficiency by updating scorecards with monthly progress reports to key partners across various teams being able to evaluate trends and facilitating informed decision making.

  • Demonstrate impactful leadership by creating, managing, and updating an issue tracker to document setbacks in automation projects, streamlining troubleshooting efforts.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
