About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Product & Technology Officer to lead and develop the product, technology, and data vision, strategy, and execution. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to simplify and dignify the aging experience by creating a new, comprehensive platform that brings together long-term care options, non-healthcare resources, education, and human support. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, leading, and mentoring a world-class team of engineers and product managers, setting and overseeing all stages of product and technical development, and defining product and technical requirements with a focus on innovation and customer needs. They will also be expected to ensure product and technology alignment with the overall corporate objectives, foster a customer-centric culture, and act as a thought leader in the industry.Applicants for the Chief Product & Technology Officer position should have a seasoned background as a product and technology leader in a high-growth, digital solutions organization, preferably with a healthcare focus. A Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in architecting and building products, a deep understanding of marketplace or dual-sided network business models, and experience with service-based architecture and cloud infrastructure services. Strong leadership, team management, and a data-driven mindset are essential, as is a proven track record of success in creating and owning a holistic product roadmap strategy. Experience with software best practices, including Agile development, test-driven development, and service-based architecture design, is also necessary.
