ABOUT THE ROLE: 

Resy is looking for a talented and creative Senior Product Designer to join our Consumer Design team, designing the next generation of our Consumer web and app experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders in Engineering, Product, and other groups across the company to ship digital products that reshape our industry. You will join a forward-thinking Product Design team that embraces an iterative and collaborative design process with attention to detail and care for design execution, always looking to validate concepts with our end-users.

The right person for this role is self-motivated and has experience with design-led strategy, rooted in a deep understanding of our users’ needs and the hospitality industry. The demand for popular reservations is through-the-roof, and we work diligently to create great experiences for our most passionate diners.

You will join a team full of foodies that are passionate about the work we do, and the users we design for.

WHO YOU ARE: 

• 4-6 years designing digital products
• Have a strong portfolio that demonstrates polish in execution and knowledge of native iOS and Responsive Web patterns. Android experience a plus.
• Have experience with both Product Design and Digital Marketing
• Have an open-minded and iterative approach to design
• Explore translating new opportunities that strategically align with our business goals through creative research methods and collaborative ideation. Ultimately helping influence the product roadmap.
• Experience working closely with engineering, product management, and customer success to deliver high quality and thoughtful experiences.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, synthesizing design feedback and articulating “why.” 
• Employ a diverse toolkit, from quick whiteboarding and hand-sketching, to designing and prototyping in Figma.
• You are self-motivated and share responsibility for the team’s success and progress
• You are opinionated but low ego — you push yourself and your team for the best possible outcome and accept feedback and constructive criticism with humility.
• Share our love of restaurants and want to help us spread that passion.

**This position will be based in New York, NY.**

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually bonus benefits
