Manager – Global Merchant Services – U.S. Marketing Compliance
This position will play a critical role within the U.S. Global Merchant Services (GMS) Line of Business Compliance (LOBCO) team supporting the GMS sales and marketing organizations. This person will provide strategic compliance expertise to drive innovation for the business while aligning with applicable laws and regulations for GMS products, features, processes, and relationships. The compliance efforts for this position will have a particular focus on supporting marketing strategies, risk management initiatives, merchant communications and sales practices. Areas of responsibility will include assessment of compliance risk associated with marketing campaigns, review of marketing claims and disclosures, addressing issue resolution in a timely manner, and assisting in relevant audit requests.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
