About Us: ADHR is a leading provider of high-quality home improvement services, specializing in windows, siding, and roofing. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and seeking dynamic individuals to join our outbound telemarketing department.

Position Overview: As a Performance-Based Outbound Telemarketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in generating leads for our home improvement services. Unlike traditional cold calling roles, you won't be selling products over the phone. Instead, you will be responsible for setting up free estimates for potential customers interested in enhancing their homes with new windows, siding, and roofing solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
  • Engage in effective communication to identify homeowners' needs and interests.
  • Educate potential customers on the benefits of our windows, siding, and roofing services.
  • Schedule appointments for our expert team to provide free estimates.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outbound telemarketing or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with the home improvement industry is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
