We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to join our fast-paced sales organization. This is a permanent, full-time role that offers an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee the entire accounts payable cycle in a rapidly growing sales environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing all aspects of accounts payable, including maintaining ledger accuracy, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounts payable department, including invoice processing, payment processing, and expense reporting.
• Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of entries.
• Reconcile all accounts payable related accounts, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the accounts payable department to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage month-end closing of accounts payable records, preparing relevant reports for senior management.
• Maintain regular communication with vendors and suppliers, ensuring all payments are made on time and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely billing of products and services.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to accounts payable team members.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounts payable role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Proficiency in accounting software, with a strong understanding of accounts payable processes.
• Excellent knowledge of general ledger systems and procedures.
• Proven ability to reconcile accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on process improvement.
