We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in S-corporate accounting, and double-entry bookkeeping. **Responsibilities:**

- Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions

- Perform full-cycle accounting duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations

- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review

- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation

- Utilize software such as Quicken and Sage for bookkeeping tasks

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in full charge bookkeeping or related roles

- Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and double-entry bookkeeping

- Familiarity with public accounting practices

- Proficiency in using accounting software like Quicken and Sage

- Ability to perform detailed account analysis

- Previous experience in corporate accounting is a plus
