American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida is Hiring an In Home Service Delivery Associate Near Atlanta, GA

This position is responsible for efficiently engaging and maintaining the Independent Service Network for our In-home Service Delivery team. Reporting directly to the Regional Service Manager, West Region, this role involves sourcing, onboarding, and supporting independent service providers to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. In addition to learning and utilizing all databases and relevant to contract management, the individual in this role will contribute to the overall success of our service delivery operations through adept technology use and effective communication skills. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? Lead the recruitment and onboarding efforts for all new ISPs (In-home Service Provider) Set up and maintain service provider profiles as it relates to Assurant systems Utilize Excel, reports provided, and other tools to manage and analyze data, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports to inform decision-making Monitor and evaluate the performance of ISPs, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues or concerns Support the RSM (Regional Service Manager) with daily tasks and responsibilities Support RSM with sending/receiving ISP agreements and rate adjustments Ensure recruiting providers fall within established rate ranges, seeks management approval outside of those limits Notify ISPs of expiring/expired compliance Maintain notes in databases/spreadsheets Actively participates in team meetings and best practice sharing Other duties as assigned What are the requirements needed for this position? High School Diploma, GED or higher 1 years’ experience with Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, systems, and web pages all in a single session Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced analytical and organizational skills Advanced experience with Microsoft based programs and computer products, including the ability to create and manage databases, analyze data, and generate reports Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs Ideal candidate will reside in the Atlanta area What other skills/experience would be helpful to have? College degree or technical training Prior extended warranty experience Advanced conflict resolution skills, with attention to detail 1 year experience in the Service Industries, to include: major appliances, consumer electronics, HVAC, lawn & garden, plumbing, electrical, fitness or large tools #LI-Remote Pay Range: $18.23 - $29.17 Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
