Job Description

• Supports the Driveline Human Resources team with day-to-day activities and special projects.
• Conducts salaried associate and hourly associate new hire orientations as well as the pre-boarding / onboarding activities.
• Reviewing data, analyzing reports involving human resources topics.
• Supports the hiring and retention of our college co-op program.
• Coordinating employee morale events at our location.
• Performs general administrative duties: filing, tracking information, scheduling, etc.
• Assists with entries in our various information systems.
• All other duties assigned.

Required Skills and Education

• Pursuing a Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Anticipated graduation date of April 2025 or later
• Minimum overall Grade Point Average of 3.0
• Ability to work at least 25 hours per week
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
• A person in this role would be successful if they have the following: Strong confidence in using Microsoft (Primarily Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards and respecting highly confidential information
• Excellent time management and organization skills, along with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrable ability to function in a team environment, supporting team members when needed
