American Association of Advertising Agencies, Inc is Hiring a Director, Salesforce Developer Near New York, NY

Position Overview

The Director, Salesforce Development will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including customization, integration, and support. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, development methodologies, and a deep understanding of the Trade Association industry. Also, this leadership role will require strong project and program management skills and the ability to manage budgets associated with IT initiatives. This candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and a proven track record of success in the Trade or Professional Association space.

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage portfolio of ongoing Salesforce development projects across practice areas and developers
  • Function as a systems analyst to support improved member and user experiences, as well as integration with other 4A’s systems
  • Manage budget related to all Salesforce development activities across development channels, including Nimble AMS, Sales Cloud, Non-profit Cloud, etc.
  • Develop long- and medium-term plans to evolve 4A’s Salesforce systems over time
  • Serve as a resource to help develop, troubleshoot, and deploy current and incremental functionality across practice areas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet organization needs
  • Customize Salesforce to meet unique Trade Association requirements and processes
  • Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems
  • Work with our practice areas to gather requirements, prioritize work, and develop solutions that meet organization needs
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system design, implementation, and configuration
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions
