Reports directly to the Campus Director and Financial Aid Officer. Responsible for day-
to-day operations of the Financial Aid Office.
1. Qualifications: Excellent organizational and computer skills. Ability to
communicate effectively with students and staff. Minimum two years post-secondary
education or business administration experience.
2. Responsibilities:
- Orders and processes Title IV federal financial aid for students through third-
party processor.
-Maintains a file for each financial aid recipient documenting the student’s
financial aid history including loan requests, loan disbursements, ISIRs, award
letters, etc., and coordinates with Registrar to update student business office
records.
- Facilitates student loan requests from state or private programs.
-Facilitates verification requests from USDE.
- Provides students with accurate information regarding loan eligibility, loan
balance, responsibility to repay loans, etc.
- Monitors student attendance and satisfactory academic performance status.
- Maintains required USDE training.
3. Hours: 15 to 20 hours per week.
Permission to conduct a criminal background check required.
