Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Duties:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proven customer service experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
