Position Responsibilities:
- Greet, welcome, and direct visitors and employees at the front
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail (includes stuffing and stamping envelopes)
- Prepare daily package shipments and schedule pick-ups
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Log incoming deposits
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning laminating, and binding
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor or executive team
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Especially Word and Excel
- Must have reliable transportation for small office errands
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Superior customer service skills
- Must be comfortable in using a multi line telephone
