America's Home Heath Services is hiring a IDD Lead Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Oversee and manage compliance programs, including program development, monitoring, and reporting
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans
• Attend participant ISP Meetings to engage in the development of patient outcomes.
• Oversee/Manage/train the day to day operations of 8 office locations regionally.
• Assist in training employees in proper documentation according to outcomes in the ISP.
• Review daily service notes and provide re-training to employees as needed
• Train employees upon hire, ongoing and annually.
• Complete payroll on a weekly basis
• Assist in review, completion and re-training of Progress Notes
• Complete all applicable certified investigations (training to be provided, as needed)
• Complete certified investigation peer reviews
• Complete all applicable administrative reviews for certified investigators.
• Assist in the completion of administrative duties, as needed
• Assist in completion of Quality Assurance Improvement and any Corrective action plans if needed.
• Assist in gathering data for Annual Provider Qualification
• Attend Quality Council Meetings & actively participate in the provider network.
• Ensure employees are complying with proper documentation of services provided.
• Manage, and work with Team to ensure Revenue Growth
• Meet, and implement yearly Division Budgets
• Ensure accurate and timely completion and submission of monthly progress notes.
• Oversee the Quality Improvement committee
• Ensure compliance with Office of Developmental Programs Policies, bulletins, etc..

Qualification Skills

• Must possess positive, enthusiastic attitude, good people skills, and professional appearance
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Experience working with the Behavioral Health/Intellectually Disabled Population
• Office of Developmental Programs experience- 1 year preferred
