America's Home Health Services is a rapidly growing Home Care organization seeking a motivated, organized recruiter to assist with the recruitment of skilled and non-skilled employees for the east coast of Pennsylvania and one location in Massachussets.

Job responsibilities:

• Source and recruit non-skilled and skilled positions in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. Positions include but are not limited to: Home Health Aides, Physical Therapists, RN, Care Coordinators, Direct Care Workers, Caregivers and more!
• Pre-screen all candidates applied
• Work within our state-of-the-art software system for all onboarding and document storage
• Send digitalize applications and necessary forms deemed by the Department of Health
• Follow the recruitment process from start to hire
• Work with various teams of specific needs
• Be able to multitask many different jobs at one time
• Perform reference checks
• Ensure all hired have their proper PPD
• Responsible for gathering all necessary certifications and lisences from candidates
• Take a supportive role when hiring new individuals and be a source of information throughout onboarding
• Creatively develop and post open positions to yield the max amount of qualified applicants

Job Requirements

• Must demonstrate longevity on resume
• Must have 5 years of recruitment experience
• Must have Home Health experience - minimum 3 years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
